I just got some good news about my Roadtrip 66 Guide, which has been in the works for 3 years. It was recently submitted to a publisher/investor through a friend of mine, and was informed they are going ahead with editing and publishing. From what I understand, 1500 copies will be printed for the first edition. An editor will be polishing it up, and a new cover will be designed. At this time, I have no idea exactly when it will be hitting retail outlets, but as soon as I know something, I will be posting on here. I will be including a GPS waypoint file for Garmin GPS units, that will include all businesses listed in the guide, as well as a few goodies for experienced explorers that are okay with hiking off-road….in the Mojave Desert. The file will only be available to those that purchase the guide (verifying proof of purchase). This is also a huge undertaking, considering there are approximately 1200 listings in the guide. I’ll also be posting more about that, later. …so stay tuned!
